A big thank you to @questandthrive for inviting me to be part of the Wellness Zone for @festival_tralee.

It was amazing to see such a big turn out of people focusing on their health and wellbeing. So well organised and such a welcoming space. I am very grateful to get the opportunity to teach what I love and meet such lovely people.

We are coming to the end of our summer retreats at Tig Lochán in Glenbeigh @rokholidayhomes. We have our final retreat on the 2nd of September. I am still in awe of this space and very thankful to host retreats with @susiesweeney and @mair.breen 💕
